Olayide Akau-Bognet is the Chief Nursing Officer of Avon Medical Practice. She heads and coordinates the activities of the nursing unit of the main hospital, multiple onsite clinics across Nigeria, and the dialysis centre, Avon Dialysis Centre.

Mrs Bognet obtained her first degree at the College of Nursing, Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital in 1990 and she also had her PGD degree in hospital Management in 2003 at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos. She acquired her Master’s Degree in Social work at Laduke Akintola University.

Mrs Bognet has over 20 years of working experience in both public and private institutions. She worked as a Nursing Officer at UBA for 8 years, then she joined Avon Medical Practice in 2009 and has been working ever since then.
