Olawale has over 15 years of experience in IT, with a strong background and multinational exposure in IT infrastructural Architecture/Development/Management, Cloud computing & Integration and Project management. Olawale work experience cuts across Oil & Gas Industry, Food and Beverages Manufacturing Industry, Banking and Telecommunications. 

He possesses a B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Edo State. He is a member of the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). 

Prior to his employment, he was the Head, ICT in Chi-Limited, a Coca-Cola Company,  Olawale also functioned in different capacities in the previous establishments where he worked. He was the Head, ICT in FINCA Microfinance Bank Owerri, Information Technology Manager at Starcom Media (now Media Seal)) and Afro media Plc. He was the Country System Application Support at Standard Chartered Bank Head Office, Lagos and a Network Application Engineer at ExxonMobil, Nigeria
